HALLOWEEN!

We had a fun Halloween weekend. We only got one group of about 5 trick-or-treaters which meant we ended up eating a lot of candy :) On Friday we rented a movie and ate some good BBQ and on Saturday we watched the BYU game (definitely an exciting one!). Kathryn had fun celebrating in her Halloween outfits...

It looks like she's already got a sweet tooth.
Definitely taking after her parents :)

I made a cake in the shape of a pumpkin (thanks for the idea Natalie) which was a fun adventure :)

Pretty sure you should post how you made that cake.

And your Kat and my Kat are going to be BFF's

Wow, I'm glad you all liked the pumpkin cake :) It was fun to make and really easy. All you do is cook 2 bundt cakes and put one on top of the other with the flat sides together. I put some frosting between them to make sure they stuck together. And the stem is an upside-down ice cream cone. I've never made any cake besides a sheet cake, so if I could do it, anyone can :)

Jessica, I know-it's been forever since we've all done something together. It's definitely about time. Maybe this weekend.

Lindsay, yeah, I can't wait for our two cuties to meet! Our Kat has a big name to live up to :)
